When will my preorder ship?

You can find all previous preorder information and ship dates located on our page labeled Previous Preorders. We update this regularly. We also have periodic updates on our Facebook group. Please email us at southerntatersinfo@Yahoo.com with any further questions.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can I edit my order after my order is placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make edits/cancel paid for orders during preorders. All sales are final. In order to keep shipping and processing orders organized we are not able to make exceptions to this rule. Should you need a different size please email us and we can make note to check before shipping for you. However, size changes are not guaranteed. Personalized items will not be able to be swapped under any circumstances.

What if an item I ordered does not fit when it arrives?

We know sizing can be hard when your babies are little, especially when ordering so far in advance. We try to help as much as possible when you place your orders but sometimes children hit unexpected growth spurts! If you receive an item that does not fit or you no longer need/want the item please list your item on our PRE-LOVED website here -- Pre-loved Website. Southern Taters Pre-Loved is a place for you to purchase pre owned pieces at a reduced price, as well as provide a second life to any ST pieces that no longer fit your little one. We love that we get to be a small part of your memories so when you are finished loving your items, pass them along for someone else to love!

I accidentally ordered an in stock item with my preorder item, how can I fix this?

No problem! Please just email us with your order number and we will invoice for the additional ship cost to split the order for you! Once the invoice is paid we will split your order for you and ship out your immediates then!
