• You can also use our our Pre-Loved BST group, where you can safely sell items you no longer want or that are past the return window.
  

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We only offer store credit, no refunds.
  
• items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  
• You must report any defects within 7 days of receiving your order using the return portal, and return it within 7 days of approval.
  
• If a replacement is in stock, we’ll send it. If not, we’ll issue store credit.
  
• Used, washed, or altered items are not returnable.

• Personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable.
  
• Sale or discounted items are final sale – no returns, exchanges, or credits, even if defective.
  
• Please double check sizes before checking out. We can’t change or edit orders once placed.
  

📨 Shipping & Orders

• Do not combine ready-to-ship and preorder items. Your order will ship only when everything is ready.
  
• To split shipping, email us. Extra shipping fees will apply.
  
• Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customer covers return shipping.
  
• if your address changes, email us before it ships. You're responsible for reshipping fees if it's returned.
  

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

• We’re not responsible for packages lost or stolen by USPS.
  
• We recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout for protection.
  

🕒 Preorders & Delays

• Preorders take at least 3+ months from the order date to ship.
  
• Shipping dates may change due to delays beyond our control (weather, supplier issues, etc.).
  
• Updates are posted in our Facebook group – please stay connected there!
  

📬 Return Shipping Instructions

1. Use the return portal and confirm eligibility.
   
2. Include a copy of your order confirmation in the return.
   
3. Write your order number on the outside of the box.
