Southern Taters Return Policy For Preorder Group
ALL SALES ARE FINAL

*Should you receive an item that is defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Please note that all items are handmade and slight flaws are to be expected. Should you truly receive a defective item, please reach out to us via email with photos of the item! We will take a look and issue a return shipping label to you. Upon receiving the return we will send out a replacement if we have one. If we do not have an item to replace yours with a store credit will be issued through commentsold! We do not issue refunds under any circumstance. Store credit only.
*ALL sales are final and are not refundable.
*Please do not combine ready to ship items and preorder items at checkout. We do not split ship. Meaning your order will not ship until all of your items in that order are available. Should you accidentally do this, you will need to email us to split your order and additional shipping will be requested before your order is shipped. We will not refund you should you fail to read our rules and guidelines about this due to timing on items ordered. We are happy to split your order and get those items out to you immediately. Our system just doesn’t alert us that the order is ready to ship until all items are fulfillable.
*Personalized items are not returnable/refundable/ exchangeable under any circumstances at all.
*Any item that a discount code is used on/ sale items are final sale, we do not replace/discount further for manufacturing defects should your item have one under any circumstances.
*IF your address changes prior to shipping, it is your responsibility to contact us at southerntatersinfo@yahoo.com to request a change of address. If your package is returned or lost due to shipping to the old address you will be responsible for new shipping fees.
*We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to USPS. When ordering through the website the customer has the option to purchase postage with insurance, we recommend doing so to protect your items should they be lost in the mail or not delivered. Southern Taters is not responsible for package once they hit the mail stream.
*Please double check your sizing prior to paying for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on sizes. We can not change sizing once the order is paid for.
*Please check your items upon receiving them, any manufacturing defects must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving at southerntatersinfo@yahoo.com.
you will have 7 days to get your defected item in the mail with provided tracking. We issue returns labels for items with DEFECTS ONLY, Should you fail to get your defected item in the mail within those 7 days, your item is no longer eligible for exchange.
if I do not have an item in stock to exchange in replace of your defected item, STORE credit to our online store www.southerntaters.com will be issued. If we have a replacement in stock we will send out a replacement to you of the same exact item and size.
If your item is being returned due to a manufactures defect/missing item/wrong sizing your item must be return in the ORIGINAL packaging(clear bag it was sent in) along with the tags in tact. Unwashed and unworn.
*A store credit will be issued upon inspection of said item when it arrives back to ST warehouse.
* washed and worn items, items without the tags are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
*All estimated time of arrivals for preorders are posted on the group wall when ordering, but are subject to change. Please keep up with our facebook group for all updates on shipping. Please understand that any manufacturing/shipping delays are out of our control and we will do our best to keep you up to date should any delays arise. When placing an order with Southern Taters, LLC you are agreeing to not hold Southern Taters, LLC liable for any delays in receiving or shipping your paid for items as a result of inclement weather, an act of God, a worldly pandemic, or any natural disasters that are out of our control.
*This is a preorder group and all preorder ship dates are at least 3 months + ship time from the order date. Please keep this in mind when ordering sizes.
Sales tax will be added to all orders shipping inside of Louisiana.

All sales are final. Returns for store credit are ONLY allowed on store front inventory. this includes anything other than Southern Taters brand. Southern Taters brand clothing is all final sale and no returns for store credit will be allowed. We have a buy sell trade page where you can sell unwanted items from our preorder brand.
Returns & Exchanges info
Returns are allowed for store credit only on all Preppy Pelican store front inventory purchased online through Southern Taters. This includes anything under the Preppy Pelican tab on our website. Online sale returns are only accepted 10 days after receiving. (the date your tracking number shows delivery.) You Must contact us at Southerntatersinfo@yahoo.com (subject RETURN AUTHORIZATION) and get approval for return and we will issue a return number. Returns must be post dated within 10 days of original delivery. We will not accept returns after the 10 day mark. NO exceptions. Returns are only eligible through the mail. We will not accept any returns from online sales in our storefront. Even if you are local you will have to return via mail if you purchased online. To avoid this, local people, we recommend coming in and shopping in store! Returns shipped after this date will be returned to sender at your cost.
Returns need to be received by our warehouse in the condition they were originally shipped in. This means unwashed, unworn, tags in tact.
Shoe Returns: Shoes returns are only accepted 10 days after receiving. You Must contact us at Southerntatersinfo@yahoo.com (subject RETURN AUTHORIZATION) and get approval for a shoe return and we will issue a return number. Returns must be post dated within 10 days of original delivery. We will not accept returns after the 10 day mark. NO exceptions. Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box and the shoe box packed inside a shipping box. Shoes returned in bags or with markings, stickers, address info., etc. on the shoe box or missing the original shoe box will not be accepted. Shoes must not show any signs of wear and must have all of the original packaging.
Shoes can be returned for a store credit only. Due to the high volume of sales we do not offer exchanges. We do not offer refunds on any item at anytime.
Should you need another size in a shoe you are returning we recommend purchasing the correct size once your account return credit has been issued!
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS
1. Southern Taters items, this means any items with a Southern Taters tag. This also mean NO preordered items.
2. Swimsuits, socks, under garments of any kind.
3. Accessories, toys, gift items
4. Anything holiday specific is final sale.
5. Any items that are sold via live sale or any items that were purchased at a discounted rate. This also includes grab bags.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THE ABOVE ITEMS.
DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS RECIEVED WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES. IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE WE RECOMMEND WAITING UNTIL YOUR STORE CREDIT IS ISSUED AND THEN REPURCHASING.
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable. If items are returned, shipping will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost!
* We are not responsible for orders being lost in the mail, we recommend you ship with tracking that is insured.
TO MAKE A RETURN: Ensure your items are eligible for return and meet the requirements for timeframe and condition outlined above. If so, then:
Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt or order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email, and mark the items being returned.
Write your order number on the outside of the shipping box.

Returns that meet the requirements for timeframe and condition are processed 1-5 business days after they are received.
Returns that do not meet the requirements outlined above will not be refunded/credited nor will they be returned to you.
